Google: The Most Web Business Fear Factor

Popularity is in fact not always exciting. Even though popularity gives so many pleasures, there will always be obstacles or other’s party concerns come closer for several reasons. You can observe today how internet has grown really significant and many people get the benefits through this by doing business.

Hereafter, some major sites begin to dominate the internet space. They grow rapidly along with the development of technology where people who aware of high-tech devices find it more interesting to surf or browse the internet. People browse the internet easier with many supportive technology devices to find information they need and when they look for something Google can be their destination.

Let’s make a little overview about the hot topic being discussed mostly nowadays, especially about the giant search engine Google. Google is issued to be the one that will be legally scrutinized like Microsoft. Google’s growing power is truly become the center of attention of many competitors and regulators, the anxiety arises because Google influence has spread larger from time to time. Long time ago, Microsoft was the one that has been bombarded by government regulators, technology pundits and many other parties who afraid that Microsoft will be the single master for the whole industry and as has been predicted, now Google has taken the throne away from Microsoft.

Google has fought a long journey to reach its successful period upon Microsoft. And its development seems like becoming uncontrollable, therefore many companies begin to fear and suggest that Google must be stopped before it holds the total controls revenue generation on Web. The legal issue is getting more serious and Google faces the issues come from those lawsuits. Surely, this occurrence comes not without causes.

These are some reasons why legal issues arouse. Google growing dominance causes many companies suffer from declining profit. The fact is that Google’s dominance over most Web searchers reached nearly 70 percents and it is the reason why most regulators give critical reaction toward this fact. Even though Microsoft is not the main focus of legal scrutiny like it was once long time ago, regulators keeps continuing to watch over Microsoft as well as paying attention toward Apple and Google mostly since they spread the business into phone technology like operating system, browser, mobile and other Web markets.

Well, Google is merely not a search engine anymore. Google’s business growth is also getting larger to several industries including building private fiber network to compete with ISPs. The fear of many companies doesn’t stop actually because Google is also dominating advertising business and it is proven by the latest acquisition Google made over DoubleClick.
